Bukhara — India’s most celebrated restaurant — comes to London from its
home in Delhi at the ITC Maurya, a Luxury Collection Hotel for two weeks from Thursday 17 May to Friday 1 June 2012
Savour an epicurean adventure, sampling Bukhara’s famed rustic cooking from the North West Frontier at a one-off pop-up, directed by jewellery designer and Hollywood actor Waris Ahluwalia. Creator of the recently released Luxury Collection film HERE starring Agyness Deyn, Waris is also one of The Luxury Collection’s Global Explorers.
Hosted at Sheraton Park Tower, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Knightsbridge, the Bukhara Pop-Up will be open for dinner from Thursday 17th May to Friday 1st June from 6.30pm to 10.30pm each night.
